Please tell us why you decid to participate in the project, what problem you were solving, and what results have you already achiev?

 

Why did I join the project? Because vk database the company had problems. I realiz that they were relat to the lack of professional management. I start looking implementing management tools for training, services and everything that could help, and it took me about two months, maybe more – about six months.  realiz that I personally lack competencies and knowlge in this area.  slowly studi different options and eventually settl on your company. 

Online training was unusual for me, it was my first experience. At first I didn’t trust it – I thought it could just be a money-grab. I even found a local Almaty company, but in the end I came back and continu training with you, as it turn out to be more convenient.

How did you implement management tools in your company? And what results did you achieve?

We have about 40 employees now, somewhere what is dynamic remarketing? between 35 and 40 people. When we start in 2014, the company was focus on technology and selling agricultural machinery. But since then, we have restructur ourselves and start to position ourselves as a company that does not just sell machinery, but provides solutions for farmers.

After implementing management tools, I became more competent in management. I began to build professional relationships with employees. Before, I did it intuitively, as best I could. Now everything is clear – I understand who is in what place, and I quickly see the results of employees. Before, they could work for years, and we did not see their contribution. By the way, 80% of my original core of employees has chang. Those implementing management tools who work with me for almost 10 years could not adapt to the new level of work.

You mention that you have become more efficient in managing your time. How has your role in the company chang?

Yes, I have become better at uab directory managing my time and have stopp doing everything for everyone. Previously, I work for each employee implementing management tools in all functions, but now we have a clear understanding of what functions should be in the company. We continue to implement and improve management tools. This is an ongoing process. The main thing is not to stop.

Do you communicate with other entrepreneurs about your experience in the project? What advice do you give to those who still have doubts?

Of course, I always talk about my experience when I communicate with other entrepreneurs. Everyone has to “ mature ” before that . I don’t make a big marketing pitch out of it, I just share my experience. My colleagues often start asking implementing management tools questions: how everything works, what they study there, and I am happy to tell them. The most important thing is to establish the right interaction with employees. Entrepreneurs often complain: “ I work a lot, and employees are always asking for a raise . ” But this is where it all starts – you ne to build professional relationships within the company.
