Your business is quite unique — you are engaged in road construction in Ukraine. At first glance, it seems that it is almost impossible to after Business Booster implement management tools in such a business. Tell us what prompted you to decide to implement these tools?

In terms of motivation, the main stockholder database reason I decided to implement management tools was that manual business management became impossible. Our business began to grow rapidly, and this required a systematic approach. At some point, we faced a situation where it was impossible to manage all processes without a structure.

Your business is in a war zone. How do you manage to operate and develop in such conditions?

When active military actions began, we had to reformat the business, start working on military projects. These tools allowed us to quickly adapt, despite the destruction and stress.

You said that the implementation of management tools is the task of the business owner. Why do you think so?

Anna Grinkevich helped me appoint an executive director, and this process took about six months. With his help, we began to assign people after Business Booster to positions, introduce job descriptions and clearly distribute responsibilities. This allowed me to step away from operational management for more than two and a half years. During this time, the company has grown 5-7 times, despite the ongoing military actions.
